How reports are handled

1. Every submission starts private (Submitted).
2. Reviewed by Jim, usually within 72 hours. Reports without the submitter's own photos and an official cert lookup are declined.
3. Published as Reported only after identifying details are removed. We never publish seller names, store names, handles or listing links, and we show only part of a cert number.
4. Corroborated means two or more independent reports, or Jim's own examination.
5. Confirmed by grader requires a public grader statement or an official verify-tool alert.
6. Items later shown to be genuine are marked Resolved: genuine or removed.

Disputes

If you believe a page is wrong, or that it concerns your item, use the dispute and correction form below. We aim to respond within 48 hours and may unpublish a page while we review evidence. Outcomes are recorded on the corrections page.

Wording

We describe observable facts (label font, QR destination, image mismatch), never intent, and use words like reported and suspected.
